How can I delete my Xterio Account?
Send an email to customerservice@xter.io using the email linked to your account, with the subject "Delete Account".
How do bonus points work?
Each event has a bonus multiplier attached to it. The more events you have participated in, the higher the total bonus.
Why are some events that I participated in not counted?
Please ensure you are checking the same wallet that you used in the event. In certain cases, where participation did not meet eligibility criteria, points will be marked as 0.
When will the points associated with the NFTs will be displayed?
Since the value of points is dynamic, and taking into account multiple metrics, we will lock the final points in the days prior to TGE. Note that you will need to hold the NFT to obtain the associated points during the claim.
What about the $DAM I've earned?
$DAM points earned from Age of Dino's Dino Ski mini-game can be redeemed for $ROAR -
Can I transfer my Xterio Points to a new wallet?
No, Xterio Points cannot be transferred between wallets.
Why have my points changed?
Points are subject to change based on recalculations until the campaign ends.
How much $XTER do I get for each point?
